Alpaca Fur Slippers - Espresso
Alpaca Fur Slippers - Espresso
Description
Please note that no animals were killed in the making of this item.
The furs used to make alpaca slippers come from animals that died at the end of their life. Adult alpaca skins are more resistant than those of baby alpacas. No alpaca was killed to satisfy human desires.
To increase the durability of our alpaca slippers, the fur that covers the interior is made of sheep since, unlike alpaca fiber, sheep hair is difficult to detach from the skin.
The soles are leather. Alpaca skin slippers are designed for light use, for relaxing at the end of the day, reading a book, watching TV or browsing the internet. They are not designed to be worn outdoors or for work. Their durability will be proportional to the weight they will have to support.
The photo opposite is for reference only. Its color cannot be considered exact since the shade of the skins can vary from one animal to another.
Tip: Use our alpaca felt insoles when the inside of your slippers is worn out. They will give them a second life...
***This alpaca skin product is available for wholesale across Canada.
