Return an Item

Nothing could be simpler!

1. Complete the form and click Submit;

2 . You’ll receive your return label by email, print it and attach it securely to your package;

3. Include a copy of your invoice inside;

4. Make sure the barcode and address are clearly visible;

5. Drop off your package at a nearby Purolator location.

That’s it,  we’ll take care of the rest once it arrives !
