DNA's Comtesse Adoby has had an excellent competitive career. She won her class of 10 in 2016, and took 2nd position in 2017 behind the competition's Supreme Champion, Ariya Nitro's Cymbelline.
Adoby has a very dense fleece. Her father was for a long time the alpaca producing the heaviest DNA fleece before being dethroned by Amadéo. Typical of Marcoyo's (her grandfather) lineage, Adoby has a well-defined crimp with good amplitude. The uniformity of the crimp across her fleece, extending from her chest to her knees, justified her performance in competition.
Adoby's mother is ACA Crispina. Crispina's descendants are among our best produced alpacas (Aucean Breeze, Allure, Awaited Heritage, Adrenaline, Atlantik, etc.). Mortimer, the father of Adoby, is the son of MMR Marcoyo and MMR Arequipina, 2 excellent lines comprising the names of Coyo Destini and Vaccoyo.
She is a large female with strong bones. Adoby is very social and calm. Her first cria is black... She is pregnant with Excelsior for August 2023.
